Hair fall and Dandruff

Hair fall & Dandruff

Q. I am 12 year old girl with really long hair. The problem is that it is floppy, falls a lot, is unmanageable and rough – especially at the end. Also, I have tamed and oily skin and I want to avoid acne since my skin has started to break out. Please tell me some home remedy for it.
A.  To solve your problem take two tablespoons of Aloe Vera gel, add one tablespoon of lemon juice, massage into scalp and comb through. Rinse your hair an hour later, and use a baby shampoo to wash your hair. Do this thrice a week. You can also massage this treatment on your face, as aloe Vera is an excellent cleanser, and when mixed with lemon juice lightens and shrinks the pores, and reduces the oiliness of the skin. Do this every alternate day, but avoid using hot water, as it activates the natural oils of the skin, making the face greasy.

Q.  I have dandruff and my hair has been falling a lot. Please tell me some home remedy.
A.  Massage a mixture of aloe Vera gel and few drops of lemon juice on your scalp. Rinse with cold water. You can apply it twice a week on your hair.

Any question? Ask through comment.

Health benefits of Cashew

Health benefits of Cashew

We all know something about cashew nut and its great taste. Here we will know the main health benefits of Cashew.
The cashew tree is native to Brazil, where its fruit is considered a delicacy. In the 16th century, the Portuguese introduced them to India and some African countries, where they are now also grown.  Now it grows in west coast Goa, Maharashtra, Karnatak, Kerala and Tamilnadu in India. It called in Latin- Anacardium Occidentale, Hindi- Kaaju, Bangla- Hijli, Badam, Gujrati- Kaaju, Kaajubali.

What we call the cashew nut is actually the seed of this fruit. Cashew is rich in iron, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium and zinc. They are also good sources of phytochemicals, antioxidants, and protein. Its oil is better than olive oil.

Cancer Prevention
Cashews are ripe with proanthocyanidins, a class of flavanols that actually starve tumours and stop cancer cells from dividing. Studies have also shown that cashews can reduce your colon cancer risk. Their high copper content also endows the seed with the power to eliminate free radicals and they are also good sources of phytochemicals and antioxidants that protect us from heart disease and cancer.

Heart Health
Cashews have a lower fat content than most other nuts and most of it is in the form of oleic acid, the same heart-healthy monounsaturated fat found in olive oil. Studies show that oleic acid promotes good cardiovascular health by helping to reduce triglyceride levels, high levels of which are associated with an increased risk for heart disease. Cashews are wonderfully cholesterol free and their high antioxidant content helps lower risk of cardiovascular and coronary heart diseases. The magnesium in cashews helps lower blood pressure and helps prevent heart attacks.

Hair and Skin Health
Cashews are rich in the mineral copper. Use of cashew gives good nutrition to hair and skin.

Bone Health
Cashews are particularly rich in magnesium. It's a well-known fact that calcium is necessary for strong bones, but magnesium is as well. Most of the magnesium in the human body is in our bones. Some of it helps lend bones their physical structure, and the remainder is located on the surface of the bone where it is stored for the body to use as it needs. Copper found in cashews is vital for the function of enzymes involved in combining collagen and elastin, providing substance and flexibility in bones and joints.

Good for the Nerves
By preventing calcium from rushing into nerve cells and activating them, magnesium keeps our nerves relaxed and thereby our blood vessels and muscles too. Too little magnesium means too much calcium can gain entrance to the nerve cell, causing it to send too many messages, and leading to too much contraction.
Insufficient magnesium leads to higher blood pressure, muscle tension, migraine headaches, soreness and fatigue. Not surprisingly, studies have demonstrated that magnesium helps diminish the frequency of migraine attacks, lowers blood pressure and helps prevent heart attacks.

So it proves its importance for our health. Let’s eat cashew daily and take its advantage.

Doctors detect it by X-ray or Ultrasonography. Ultrasonography is the best method of diagnose it, because it measures the size of stone.
I am not going to describe its sign, symptom. Coming on point, if you or anybody diagnosed that having the gallstone, how can remove it by natural treatment easily at home without surgery or other expensive method.

What is the natural home remedy for gallstone?
apple juice treatment for gallstone

Apple juice treatment-
Olive oil for gallstone treatment
In this treatment you need four items:
 1. Apple juice
2. Epsom salt (Magnesium sulphate)
3. Olive oil
4. Lemon Juice

Drink one glass (250ml) apple juice (if you find green apple, it is better) four times daily for five days. One glass at breakfast, one glass at lunch and one glass at dinner. And take one glass before going to bed. (Remember fresh apple juice is best for this purpose) Apple juice softens the gallstones. Eat normally your food during these days or you can reduce your sugar intake.

After five days on sixth day, take one teaspoon Epsom salt with a glass lukewarm water at 6pm and skip dinner. At 8 pm again take one teaspoon Epsom salt with one glass lukewarm water. You can reduce the amount of Epsom salt according to your capacity. Because it is a laxative, it opens the gallbladder ducts and flushes out all solid stuff.

At 10 pm take half glass (100ml) pure Olive oil and mix half glass (100ml) lemon juice and drink it. Olive oil lubricates the stones to ease their passage. And lemon juice helps to extract the stones out form gallbladder ducts.

After few hours or morning time you will feel lose motion and can see greenish stuff floating in your toilet bowl. This method removes Gallstone through dysentery. You can repeat it again if gallstone still remaining. Small size gallstone removes by this method at once.

Remove Sty without medicine

Remove Sty without medicine

What is Sty?

Sty is a disease of eyes. It called Guheri in Hindi language and medically also known as Hordeolum. A Sty is a small bump that sometimes appears on the outside or inside of the eyelid. It is a common disease found in all age peoples.

Sty removing tips

If you are suffering from Sty you may feel watery eyes, pain, tenderness, itching, or redness. Your eye may feel bruised and sensitive to light. You may also notice a reddish bump on your eyelid. See the picture below.

I am not going to give you more details about its signs, symptoms and causes of Sty. May be you know these things and you can find these things everywhere. I am revealing a trick to get rid of it without medicine. This trick is tested upon many Sty patients.

So what are the trick and its method?

It is very simple. Take a disposable needle which must be disinfected. Clean your foot’s toe.  Then prick this needle on your toe on forehead side very smoothly and remove the needle. In this action your blood will come out from your toe, just flow one drop and immediately stick it with wet cotton of surgical spirit to stop more blood flow.
Amazing tricks to remove

But remember! If Sty is on left eye then do this action on right toe. And if Sty is on right eye, do this action on left toe.

If Sty is on both eye then what should do?

Good question. Simply do this act on both toes.

This was a secret which I revealed. If you are suffering from this disease again and again try this. After trying once this trick, this disease will never come near you.
(Note- If Sty is not going after trying this, consult your doctor)

Try it and share your experience through comment section.
Your comments are highly appreciated.

The principle of Chyawanprash

Ayurveda looks beyond individual symptoms into the total human system…the sharir (body), manas (mind) and atma (soul). Ayurveda recognizes three basic forces or elements that control that control all physical and mental processed. Vita controls moments within the body. Pitta controls digestion and all biochemical processes. Kapha controls the tissue fluids, cell growth and firmness of the body. Imbalance of three forces causes illness. Ayurveda prevents imbalance or restores balance.

Ayurveda sees the totality of a human being as a dynamic balance of myriad related, often contradictory, elements in motion. Looks for clues not only in the body, but in behaviour patterns, moods and thoughts. It seeks to allay symptoms by correcting the total balance, not attacking individual symptoms.

History of Chyawanprash

According to the Mahabharata the classic hindu epic, Chyawan was one of the eight sons of Bhrigu and Puloma. He was physically weak due to his premature birth. Maharashi Chyawan married King Sharyati’s daughter Sukanya at an old age. Sometime after the marriage, the twins Ashvini Kumaras came to the hermitage of saint Chyawan and offered him a medicine after the use of which the saint regained his youth. That drug was named as ‘Chyawanprash’ after the name of Chyawan.

If you have any question about Chyawanprash or want some info about it, feel free to ask through comment.
